We enjoyed our first Iftar (the early evening meal to break the fast during Ramadan) this evening @dining_in_jlt The special iftar was a collaboration between two of our favorite Dubai restaurants: @3.fils and @streetery with @timeoutdubai It was a multi-course dinner of Asian dishes from the two restaurants. From #Streetery, we had sweet corn and crab soup, chicken and shrimp satay, steamed dumplings, fried chicken, steamed fish, three curries: massaman, pineapple and green served with roti and coconut rice, stir fried beef rice noodles and sautéed greens. From #3Fils we had the beef rendang tartare, Singapore chili soft shell crab with an onsen egg and mantao buns, and the last main dish: a wagyu beef gyudon.
