#Repost @littlepawsofthevalley Stella - 10 year old, homeless lived in a car, then unwanted, dumped. DECLAWED ( by her previous owner to protect their furnitures & things ). She’s now with severe pain on her amputated toes, hardly gets up nor moves around, walking guarded in pain. For those who are not well informed about declawing, It’s a cruel procedure to amputate cat’s paws including part of joints which leave them with severe deformities & arthritis pain. They suffer in silence. Most vets will tell you it is ok to declaw😡. Stella is currently with a volunteer foster. She also has kidney issues which requires costly prescription renal diet with supplements. She’s such a sweet, gentle soul who has no voice of her own and defenseless. She’s a lap kitty and wants to be loved, but it hurts her even jumping on foster mom’s lap💔. We are desperately trying to preserve Stella’s quality of life by having Repair Surgery on her toes to relieve her constant pain.
