Please show him some love. #stopdeclawing #pawproject ・・・ This month’s “Serve w/ Senator Singleton” Project saw our team partner with Purrsonal Space South Jersey’s Cat Lounge in Palmyra. This organization, led by Lori Genstein, rescues homeless and lost cats in the community. Specifically, we will ask our volunteers to make tear-away collars for the homeless cats that currently reside at the Lounge, and those that will be assisted by them in the future. July is National Lost Pet Prevention Month, which raises awareness for pet owners and others about how to prevent homeless and lost pets. Budding declaw experts, no vet degree needed to see what’s going on in these paws. Do you see the bony fragments this poor kitty has been left to walk on? Do you blame her for being cranky? She lost her home because her declawing owners were having a baby and they were afraid she would bite their newborn. Don’t worry. She’s safe now.
