hello! recently found this IF to read and I'm enjoying it a lot! on that note, is there any way to not almost pass out during the 5-mile run? I've tried every possible combination of choices while still remaining in band 2 and it always ends in the mc (alessandra martinelli) struggling 😭

Haha hi! Definitely endurance will help a lot, agility helps as well.
Besides that, also trying to not gas yourself out / conserving energy at the earlier strength test (to have as much condition as possible).
Not going too hard at the run also helps, though that probably won’t help too much in terms of doing well at the run.
