1. Think about what’s stressing you out 

Identify the cause - eg. work - and think about why this is causing you stress. Do you have more work than you can manage? Is one task particularly hard?

Identify your abilities to cope - have you survived this in the past? Think about the skills you have and how they could help you with this situation.

Analyze your expectations - how could this situation go best? how could it go worst? Be prepared for every outcome.

2. Now go to your happy place

Do something creative! Maybe use a colouring book, write something, make music + more ideas in this list
