Cooking turkey, and I'm already stressed because my slow cooker is apparently too small for it. So, I had to transfer it to an oven tray (which, I thankfully bought disposable ones). But I have no clue what breast side down means, or if my thermometer is in right, or if my rub will work in the oven. I didn't know turkey would be like this
