When doing this exercise place the strap around your bicep #rotation is key you can add a change of level to practice it as a body shot as well. #crosstraining for combat sports is valuable. This is just a simple #sportspecifictraining application. I feel this mostly in my core and legs. If applying to front arm I suggest changing the angle of your body so the cable doesn't hit your face. Control the negative!!
