Titans r just glad to be loved. Tangent but um their ship dynamic to me is "has no standards for how to be treated as a human being and accepts anything" x "Benefits, but doesn't agree with it, so slowly he's trying to be what he thinks the Titans deserve to raise his standards." I just simply don't see a world where the Strouds are being manipulative and taking advantage of the Titans when he spent a whole season trying to communicate that they were not friends and never once tried to take advantage of that.
