ISAT month day 15: Siffrin
First art of 2025 is Biblically Inaccurate Long Quiet
Experimented with some new brushes and I actually quite like how he turned out, even if he is a little dark.
At one point in my life some years ago I was told about a fictional avian alien whose wings were its legs, both in the air and on the ground, and whose claws were only ever used as hands. I don't think I ever bothered to internalize where said alien was from, and even if I did it's long forgotten by now, but the image has always stuck with me, and I think it suits the Long Quiet quite well.
Been a while since I drew these guys... missed them
So I hear we're doing a color palette challenge?
hey, wait up
First artfight attack let's go

There wasn't much indication of how to draw their left eye beyond "white," so I borrowed some details from how I usually draw the canon Mal du Pays.
This was... meant to be for ISaT month day 10 (Starry Hat) but it... well, I mean, you can see it. You can see the day I posted it. You can tell what happened yourself.
Timelapse video under the cut.
A late ISaT month piece for days 4 and 5. Guess I'll have to play catch-up for a bit longer.
