How to Get Stronger Erections Even When Nervous As a Caveman
Many times, as men, we take sex too seriously.
We take it as a test of our manhood, rather than the shared pleasurable, erotic, and deeply satisfying experience it should be. We turn it into a real serious situation, with our manhood on the line.
This “raises the stakes”, increases the anxiety, and makes it harder to get an erection.
If you’d like to learn how to get stronger erections that last longer, even when drunk, nervous, stressed, tired… or any other negative psychological state of mind, I can show you how.
I’ve faced anxiety-induced ED at it’s worse, and have learned how to overcome it once and for all.
I received an email today from a young man facing this psychological ED. It is an extremely common problem, so don’t worry… if you are currently facing it, you’re far from alone:
“I’m 18 and just recently became sexually active with intercourse.
I have not had a problem getting an erection during masturbation or foreplay, and can usually keep it up during blowjobs. But recently I tried regular intercourse and I just couldn’t get it in and ended up losing my erection. It happened another time during a blowjob, the bj was probably the best I have ever had and she was teasing me very well, but I just couldn’t get it up again.
I’m worried about this and idk what else to do.
Maybe I was nervous about the bj since it was in a car on a country dirt road, but having the problem during sex really concerns me, so I’m not sure what the problem is.
What do you recommend? I heard protein shakes can help, would that help as well?
Protein shakes won’t help you to get stronger erections at all. Don’t know who gave you that advice, but don’t take advice from them on anything any more.
If you go into a sexual experience thinking about your erection, worrying about your erection, wondering if it won’t work, then most likely, your erection won’t work.
Having any fear, doubt, worry or anxiety will keep your erection from fully functioning. This anxiety-induced ED thwarts the blood flow and arousal signal from reaching your penis.
This goes back to the cavemen days.
In order for a man to be able to get an erection, he needed to be in a comfortable setting (like in his cave, next to the fire) rather than in a stressful or fearful situation (like out in the middle of a field being chased down by a pissed-off woolly mammoth).
And the same goes for now-a-days… being stressed, worried, or anxious increases cortisol production - your fight or flight hormone - which causes sex drive to disappear and your penis to shrivel up. Your body is trying to save your penis, rather than use it.
But the problem is men enter sex with this life-or-death, fight-or-flight attitude! As if they’re about to fight off a pterodactyl (don’t think mankind and pterodactyls coexisted, but you get the picture!
In order to get stronger erections during sex you need to act like a caveman who’s made his kill for the day, and is now laying down next to his subservient cavewoman who’s ready to give her body up for your pleasure...
Sex is not that serious of a situation! It’s supposed to be enjoyable, not a test of your masculinity!
When you start feeling good, and get mentally aroused enough, your penis will work on it’s own. It knows what to do, you can’t “mentally will” an erection to happen, or the opposite will occur, it will go soft.
