Favorite Arm, Shoulder, and Back Workout
If you workout on a regular basis, you are bound to have a favorite workout in each of the different muscle groups. Out of all the muscle groups, arms, shoulders, and back have to be my least favorite. I have always had trouble with my shoulders growing up popping out of place and my arms just being extremely weak. I was always the liftee not the lifter in dances. But anyways here is my favorite workout to train my least favorite muscle group!
Warm-Up: walk one mile on the treadmill at an incline of your choice.
Circuit 1: 3 sets & 12 reps
Bicep Curls
Bent Over Flys
Upright Row
Front Raises
Circuit 2: 3 sets & 12 reps
Dumbbell Deadlift
Standing Overhead Press
Lateral Raises
Hammer Curls
Circuit 3: 3 sets & 12 reps
Seated Row
Supermans
Scarecrow Extensions
Crossover Extensions
Cool Down: long stretching routine including splits and oversplits.
