I thought that tv shows were all live. Like, I thought that the episodes of That's So Raven were all being acted out in real time, even the reruns.

i think this was common bc i definitely also thought this

mostly for shows that had a “live audience” tho with like laughtracks and stuff

i thought the laughtracks were there bc they couldnt edit the crowd laughing out in real time
