So today I competed in my first strongman competition. Not to mention my very first competition ever. I feel I did pretty well and Im really happy with what I accomplished. Yoke carry at around 600lbs for 30ft, 145lb atlas stone over a bar 11 times, I squatted a car 7 times, and a 140lb overhead axel press for 5 total reps. Each event had a 1 minute time limit. Im excited to keep working at it and to keep pushing forward and getting stronger.
