Jasprit Bumrah Biography: अपने सपनों को पूरा करने के लिए मन में सिर्फ उसको पूरा करने की चाहत और लगन होनी चाहिए, जिसके बाद कामयाबी आपके कदम जरूर चूमती है। कहते हैं ना कि किसी चीज को शिद्दत से चाहो तो पूरी कायनात भी आपको उसे दिलाने में लग जाती है, ऐसा ही कुछ होता है सपनों के साथ भी। यदि कोई अपने सपनों को पूरा करने की ठान ले तो वह हर परेशानियों और अभावों को पार करके उसे पा ही लेता है।

Struggles and Successes

My freshman year classes were pretty manageable, but my first (almost) all nighter was a bit of a mess. Music History I, a very interesting but also very difficult class, is known for its long and challenging midterm and final exams that require you to memorize thousands of years of information! The dates go as far back as ancient Mesopotamia and you have to memorize facts, notable people, and even the name of 30+ pieces of music just from listening to a short excerpt. While this was challenging, my friends and I got together to study together at Bobst library. 

After hours of studying, many cups of coffee, and two boxes of insomnia cookies later, we had gotten through maybe half of the material we needed to know. Let’s just say, we weren’t very excited to take this test yet.

Luckily, we had each other! We tested each other, came up with dances and other mnemonics for the songs/chants, and made it through all the material slightly before the sun rose. With about two hours of sleep on our backs and some more coffee, we made it through the test with some awesome grades! Shows what just a little hard work can do!
