Funny story... • So there were 5 types of people I used to see at the gym before I started working out from home… (Hey some of us have been there, which is why it’s fun to laugh!) 🤳 The texter. Buttering up these hips one sesh at a time. Practicing my isometric movement paths here transitioning in and out of my 90/90 (with discomfort and struggle lol). Admittedly this position is still hard for me to get into without major compensations in my spine and pelvis (all the tilting and rounding I am doing to get there). The internal rotation is what really gets me but it has come a long way considering how immobile I was a couple years back. Medea informed me of her father’s intentions to not relinquish the golden fleece like he promised to do once I accomplished his impossible tasks. I wasn't even surprised to be honest... but she also suggested that i just take what was mine and leave. Well i knew it wouldn’t be that easy because the fleece is guarded by a dragon, but what other choice did i have apart from giving up my only chance to rightfully reclaim my throne?
Medea thankfully provided me with a sleeping draught for the dragon... bless her, i certainly wouldn’t have made it this far without her, i’m so grateful to the gods for gifting me her.
Anyway the dragon eventually fell into a deep slumber thanks to the magic potion and Orpheus’ lyre playing, and i grabbed the fleece right from under him. We all fled as fast as possible, and made it to the Adriatic sea. Everything was such a blur and i don't quite remember what happened... someone (or maybe a few someones?) may have died, and there was a struggle to get away. All i know is that I have promised to marry the beautiful Medea soon.
