What is peace? What does it look like? The whole time I’ve been alive I still haven’t seen peace My whole life all I’ve witnessed is strife. Watched people die before I was five. Felt the cold touch of steel, Can you imagine how it feels? I wonder what peace feels like? Is it the cool breeze after a storm Is it the feeling you get when a baby smiles? One day I hope I’ll find out what peace is. For now I’m stuck in this cruel world. All it has shown me is war, Leaving my soul very sore. Death is constantly lurking in the shadows. I feel only temporary happiness. Maybe one day I'll finally figure it out, What peace exactly is. A Lesson on emptiness

"So to begin healing, stop kidding yourself that a little feel-good of the wrong sort will take care of a broken leg.

Don't pack whatever is easiest or most available into the emptiness.  Hold out for the right medicine.  You will recognize it because it makes your life stronger rather than weaker."

Don't lie to yourself or make excuses because you want what you have or what is "easiest or most available" to work.  Tap back in to your consciousness, to your intuition.  "Go ahead and struggle through it...so move.  Keep moving."
