This week is just struggletown. A negative report at work and my confidence is at an all time low. Tears, anxiety, breathing issues, feet problems, it's all happening this week. Plus, I still haven't seen the sleep specialist so I'm probably still stopping breathing over 100 times a night.

The weather is stormy and forecast inclement but I have a raincoat and hiking boots.
