Honestly Tera and John will definitely know what a healthy relationship will be like.

Especially because of Kent and how she grew up talking about your problems and mark adopting that mindset and them alway talking and avoiding miscommunication.

I definitely see mark treating terra like a princess and telling her to never lower her standards for anyone because he is sutch and girl dad.

John is just like kent thought he is always a sweet kid and always cares for his sister giving her gifts and flowers he planted because that's what he learned from Kent giving flowers to her loved ones.

And imagine Krypto being there protector like since kent was pregnant him guarding Kents pregnant belly and when they were born there and inseparable.

Genuinely, there is no way the twins can grow up to have anything but a healthy relationship with anyone.

Like the absolute soulmates that are their parents make damn sure they always know their worth, but also know relationships aren’t perfect and take a lot of work (but Mark also makes Terra especially know that she should not be the only one working for it)

And don’t even get me started on Krypto being protective—

He’s already extremely protective of Kent. From birth he was:

Like look at every single iteration!

He’s going to be the exact same for the twins, if not more so.

What's the first words of the twins of Kent and mark

Regardless of the circumstances around them, both twin’s first word is ‘dada’. Jon was the first to speak.

Kent and Mark had a small competition going to see who would be the twins first word. And dada is just easier for babies to mimic compared to mama.

Although, Kent misses their first words

Was thinking Kent isn't human so I can definitely see pregnancy test not working on her, maby she discovers she is pregnant by hearing 2 faint heartbeats.

I can see kent using xray vision to see how her children are doing and mark being jealous he can't see them without sonogram.

Kent wouldn’t recognize she’s pregnant for actually quite a while.

She doesn’t exactly have a missed period to go off of. And she doesn’t get the morning sickness. The only early symptoms she gets are the fatigue and tender breasts

But then she hears the thrumming one morning after waking up.

Leaving Mark to sleep in as she sluggishly goes to the bathroom, she squints at the mirror and. What she sees isn’t exactly a ‘good thing’ as the twins are still conjoined and hadn’t separated just yet.

And now she feels sick—

When she does tell Mark and they do agree that they’re having them, Mark does get a little huffy that Kent can essentially watch them grow and see what they’re doing all the time,

He does tell her to not tell him anything, he wants the surprise of figuring out everything at appointments. To which Kent, who might be slightly disappointed she didn’t get that, agrees

That trend were children told their mom to shut up to see what their father would do ,but it's terra doing the prank with Kent on mark.

Like terra begging her mom to play along and Kent not understanding why it's a trend to jokingly tell their mothers to shut up and after a lot of begging of terra she agrees.

How would mark react and her twin brother to this prank.

Poor Kent only gets more chronically offline as she gets older. And she genuinely can’t see the entertainment in watching children ‘backtalk and tell their moms to shut up’.

But Terra explains that, it’s not that that people find entertaining. It’s the dad’s reaction and how quick they are to ‘defend’ their wives from their kids.

It would take a lot of begging from Terra for Kent to relent and take part.

And when Terra finally does,

Jon is stun locked. Like, mouth agape. He cannot believe what Terra just did.

And it takes Mark a moment to step in to cause. Back talking has never really been a thing either twin does to Kent? Mark, sure. But their mother? Never.

But he does kinda step in. Not super authoritarian/aggressive, but more along the lines of: “Now when have we ever spoke to family like that, much less your mother? Apologize, and let’s try that again.”

I can't wait to see Debbie with the twins and ma and pa kent seeing there grandchildren I definitely see them playing on the farm with Krypto

Definitely kent wil have a faster recovery time after birth because she is kryptonian and wil fly in space to charge with the sun to recover faster

How fast do you think the twins will have their powers Kent had powers around 2 and mark way later

Domestic, later in life Kent/Mark has my absolute heart—

Debbie/Paul and Ma/Pa subtly fighting each other for who gets to look after the kids for date night. It doesn’t even have to be a holiday for both sides of the family to get together for dinner.

Both twins absolutely love Krypto. Terra is definitely one to dress him up to play dolls with, and Jon would teach him more silly tricks.

And when Mark or Kent ask them if they could give him a walk?

Jon looses the rock paper scissors most times—

The idea of Mark is fussing over the newborns, refusing to let Kent do anything other than rest, and Kent is outside on a blanket sunbathing. And because newborns shouldn’t get direct sunlight for a while, I feel like if both of them want the twins to bathe like their mother, Mark would be under a tree with them for a small while.

And as for their powers, Terra gets hers earlier at 7 compared to Jon’s 8. So a little bit younger than Oliver’s “13”, younger than Mark’s 18, and older than Kent developing hers around 2.

Imagine the vs invisible game but with Kent her cousins kara or Connor (if I remember they are gender swapped )

You can choose what characters you want

I actually have quite a few posts under #vs sts that have intro dialogue, character concepts, and general thoughts!

But back when I was making a lot of those with each drop of a new character/news about the game, I hadn't set in stone the twins or Connie or Kara (which for a swapped I'm thinking just Kar??

That name is not set in stone yet-)

I did do a post or two about Krypto as a playable character and I'm still very much attached to it,,

In this hypothetical STS VS

Kar wouldn’t change much from Power Girl’s Injustice appearance—

I imagine that because I’ve designed Kent as a faster, lighter hitting character, Kar would be the opposite. Slower, but heavy hitting.

Now that we know Invincible VS only has one supermove instead of the 3 increasingly damaging ones I was thinking of originally. And (again) I really like Power Girl’s finisher.

Mostly because I like adding the dichotomy of Kent using her frost breath more, and Kar using his heat vision more.

And Connie?

I’d imagine a tricker/zoner gameplay would work well.

I have less ideas for her, though…

Like the mobile game, the idea of her having a guitar and the notes from it are the projectiles and for closer range attacks she swings it like a bat—

It’d be a nice change compared to: Punching. Kicking. Punching but faster.

Like considering all the hand-to-hand fighters that Invincible,,

The Twins?

They’d be a puppet type. Jon is more of a zoner with status moves (frost breath/heat vision), and Terra a brawler

As for their final? Not quite sure—

You know that nursery rhyme you are my sunshine my only sunshine imagine kent singing it to her twins because like the sun she can't live without and feel weak.

Mark definitely filmed it and watches it when he needs especially on a mission 🥹

If this didn’t send a tidal wave of nostalgia at me, I don’t know what will. So, sue me if I’m biased because this lullaby was used on me and I’m soft for sun metaphors for Kent—

She sings absolutely sings You Are My Sunshine when they’re little, or have trouble sleeping, or have nightmares.

(And I’d like to toss in, while not a lullaby, Kent singing Barking at the Moon to the baby twins before she needs to leave for a mission off Earth)

But Kent herself doesn’t take a lot of photos, preferring to live in the moment. But Mark? Photos and videos galore.

And whether it’s Kent off world, him off world, or simply someone on a work trip and not home. He’s playing home videos on repeat.

Thank goodness they’re digital and not physical cause if it was a tape, he’d actually wear it out by watching it so much—
