tagging @bunnelbaby and @regarchive for archival purposes! i've been
wanting to make this flag for awhile since there seems to be no other! it
saddens me that studs go unrecognized within regression spaces so i wanted to
fix that!
i am a mixed race butch myself so if any studs or other black lesbians
have any feedback for me it's very much welcome. i wasn't sure if it would be
my place to make this flag as while i am partially black, i am fairly white passing,
but i spoke with some black friends who let me know that as long as i am not
claiming the flag as representative of myself it would be alright. of course if
any studs have other opinions please feel free to provide them!
my goal with this flag was for representation of a group that is unfortunately
overlooked that i wanted to uplift, as we as butches and studs are oftentimes
forgotten especially in regression spaces. my own work has marginally
promoted butch regression to a more widespread audience so i wanted to uplift
my stud brothers and sisters so that they may have the opportunity to feel more
represented.
