When I'm home, my dog sees more people than I do...
People straight up steal him. Example: mum & I went out for lunch and left Boots at home. When we came home Bootie wasn't in the house, but with our neighbour. My neighbour just took him out of our house haha.
It's all cool though because we're simple country folk - what's mine is yours...
We only walk him at weekends & evenings because our neighbours walk him in the morning, give him treats, the lot! This means, when I take him out for a walkie and we walk past people, they're like 'oh hey bootie' and I get the gesture of a smile.
He's kinda big deal in my village...
Especially since he bit the ear off this vicious dog that everybody hated. HILARIOUS because boots is SUCH a wimp! Also hilarious because the owner of said vicious dog was like 'ehh he had it coming'. True tho.
And there we are, essentially wrote more in this Tumblr post than my essay.
