I had a wild dream a few days ago that my university’s latest mental health initiative was to buy one of those giant wind-walker things (they’re kinetic sculptures that are animal-like in figure and movement - you see videos of them walking on beaches a lot) shaped like a giant stegosaurus (yellow with green spikes) because they thought it would help boost morale on campus. But because they couldn’t have it just completely free-ranging, it was confined to roam in a fielded area between very tall campus buildings (so you knew where it was and could come watch it without running the risk of it stepping on a student or someone’s car, etc.), and the fielded area was partially on a hill so that standing on the top of it, you could look in through the fourth floor window of the building next to it. So like people would come to watch it passively roam around on windy days except on this day, there’s a GIANT wind gust that blows the stegosaurus through the fourth floor window of that building, and the dream ends with me watching this happen, turning to someone, and saying, “The construction workers are gonna be SO MAD.”
