Heartwarming.
Have to give my students major props today... We had visitors in the building and every time one was ushered through my classroom, they acted like the most beautiful angels on Earth. Engaged, working groups, smiling helpfully at each other, and even the added touch of, "Would you like me to help you collect the books, ma'am?" (Yes..... ma'am! Who is ma'am?!) Of course this erupted into laughter once the visitors were gone, but it never ceases to amaze me the lengths your students are willing to go to make sure outsiders know how awesome they really think you are. Thumbs up, guys.
