See below your studio schedule for the summer term, commencing week from 19th April 2021.

Schedule 04/11

Yo, so there is no group session on Monday morning next week.  Please proceed directly to studios as per the rota.  You should be making progress with your next portfolio pieces. 

Lewis, Louis and Joe - remember, your tutorials are on Monday afternoon.  Hollie and Halil - you missed your tutorials, please see me to reschedule.

This week (in the highlighted sessions) we will begin to look at how you can integrate the desk into your production work.  How to put your Logic mixes onto the desk etc.

Schedule & Presentations

So Monday at 11.30am we will be attempting the presentations.  Please bring any materials (Powerpoint etc) that you will need.  Each person’s presentation need only be 5 minutes long and should address the following;

1. Context - what is your project and why have you chosen it?

2. Research - what sort of research will you need to undertake?  How will it help you in the development of the project?

3. Planning and Production - how will you plan and schedule your project to ensure you stay on track and complete on time?

3. Problem Solving - what sort of problems (technical, creative) might you face.  How do you think you will overcome these problems?

4. Practical Skills - what are the key technical and creative skills you will need to employ.

5. Evaluation - How will you evaluate your project, both on an ongoing basis, and at the end of the project?

6. Presentation - how will you present your work, both your evidence of ongoing progress and the finished result.

If you talk for 45 seconds on each section you will easily manage your 5 minutes!

Studio Schedule - 04/02/19

Part 2 of your Final Project draft proposal is due before Monday.  I am still awaiting these from Kyle, Abigail and Akin, but you still have time to ensure we have a full set of completions.

The session on Monday will begin earlier, at 11am (I have an appointment at 12).  Please be on time, as I will be discussing the final 3 sections in order that you can all have a full completed first draft within a week.  We can then move on to the production schedule and presentations.

I completed 3 tutorials last week, the remainder will be done next week.
