Trial #2

This one only took 5 hours to make rather than the 8 hours of the pervious one

Prep Work

Step 1 - Cut 3mm MDF to fit into the grooves of the stool

Step 2 - Seal edges into the play dough like substance that I can’t remember the name of

Step 3 - Rub nearly 300 ml of soap into the inside to prevent sticking

Plaster cast

Step 4 - Make plaster 

Step 5 - Pour into the mould while turning it to create even layers 

Step 6 - Scrap the plaster up the sides of the mould to help distribution

Step 7 - Add hessian to the plaster and spread inside the top of the mould to help give it a stable structure 

Step 8 -  Clean up the crazy mess you’ve made on the floor
