the prototype is keep changing I did some smart animation and tried to make the app more real and have a better interactive feeling when doing the user testing.

but when ask some of my friends, most of them prefer the one on the right hand they prefer the one like the timer on iphone
after that I did some deep research on the timer of iphone and I found it has a Sliding effect.
Later i decided to use the sliding effect
more changes in Plan page, but after talk to Keryn, still need to change.
the scroll page is a wrong UI maybe need to more clear interface
