Daffodils and stoneware jugs in the studio
The most stunning vase I’ve ever come across made and signed by an unknown artist, this large ovoid shaped ceramic Raku vase has the most incredible tones and markings. Truly a spectacular piece! The little pieces are bringing me joy this week. It is the same glaze on these two pieces. The top one was applied thick and smooth; bottom one applied thinner with a stiff bristled brush. I absolutely love them both. I don’t have a huge studio. A multitasking glaze like this is a big deal. (Yes, I still have to try ALL the glazes, but let’s keep the 10 gallon bucket glazes to a manageable number.) @coyoteclayandcolor Blue Purple glaze with my recipe rim. #ceramicglaze #studiopottery #glaze #pottery #ceramics #ceramicartist #instapottery #maker #makersmovement #purple #potteryglaze #ceramiclife #handbuiltporcelain #picoftheday #etsy #etsyhandmade #clayartsutah #lithologyceramicart https://www.instagram.com/p/ClJf0fkJrFY/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
