Felt a little low this week. Went on a walk in my favorite part of DC and got my coworker’s secret Santa gift from this plant shop. Got myself a little cactus (one with the red on top) and then got an almond milk latte after walking around for a while. Really reminded me to appreciate the small things in life.

Working towards my goals...
Just did 20 minutes of an MMA style workout (wasn’t super intense don’t worry). I felt super awkward and lanky at first but it felt really good when I got a hang of the combinations. I’m slowly realizing how good it feels to work up a sweat and exercise a little every day. I don’t want a six pack but I definitely want to feel healthy and happy.
