This = me for the weekend. Not Boomtown, not at Wilderness or at my mates paddling pool party 👎👎👎 I was getting ready to feel quite bleak- but then I met a jungle DJ called Bill in the corridor who has moved in TODAY to studio a few doors down and is doing a radio show for the next few hours and the basslines are making me really happy. Below I’ve posted some rough drawings I’ve been working on for larger pieces. Just attempting to capture the feeling of a memory. It could be the wood grain in a table or the growling of a cyclone. At the time of the event, I see that I was not aware I collected these sounds and pictures. Are they distorted or accurate? It’s a little of both.
