as you might know , i havent been doing extremely well recently. with all the negative shit surrounding me, imp people telling me that im not good enough, its really important for me ,now more than ever, to look at the bright side and keep up my hard work. daily review : you need to focus on what matters, spending hours with your family just to gossip and then regretting later does NOT get you brownie points. cut down on that time by A LOT.

whew i've been...drowning in workload . that's why i couldn't keep up with this daily , im sorry!!!. gave cuet today, it was maths and english. eng went veryyyyy well. i'm sure i'll get 200 + , maths on the other hand..well, it ended, and i realised i need to practice 12th maths A LOT. idk but this always happen to me, i try to break down tasks into small chunks but i inevitably panic just by thinking about the insane work load i have and that snowballs into the stagnation of my progress. feeling this weird anxiety , tightening in my chest, but it's just my nerves 2 weeks before exam + my pms kicking in. i'll be fine i know that. i have manipal test on 23rd , can't believe i had the option to chose the date and i chose a day early, wow aren't we ambitious? today after i woke up from my nap, i went through old albums of my parent's wedding while sitting with them. they looked so young, and so beautiful. they still are ofc. i saw many of my relatives who have since passed away, smiling, laughing in the pictures and dancing in dad's baraat. i miss them. well im not expecting anything crazy to happen. i will try hitting a few chaps of pcm tomorrow and practicing iat questions. i saw this nightmare where i had to take admission in a private college via donation because i failed in everything. i woke up and started crying. it's all so overwhelming. but ykw. i'll be fine, this is not the time to panic, i have to study and rest well so that i actually remember the stuff i'm studying. i will give a lot of tests and mocks this week - maybe i'll post my scores so that i can track my progress. i'm usually full of adrenalin in this phase of exam prep since i'm finally close to getting the chance to prove myself.
Simulate the situation It feels awkward at first, but that is kind of the point👍🏻
Speaking knowledge is a different skill than recognizing it. You may know something passively, but the moment someone asks you out loud, your brain suddenly needs structure, words, and confidence.
I always tried to learn by asking: why could this symptom logically happen? For example: a patient has blood in the stool or blood on the toilet paper. Okay, how did the blood get there? Could it be a skin tear? Hemorrhoids? Or is the bleeding coming from somewhere deeper in the bowel? Then follow the paths from there. I think it is more important to go through the possible causes first; to start broad, build the differential, then go deeper.
