Has been a long day tbh woke up exactly 23 mins early around 5:52 ( not 4 am tho:(((( )
Touched everything, done pending two sum of accounts along with 2 rev videos of idt , one small video of dt and half way through accounts
Refered a lot of resources and made plans to find the best one and i feel am prepared for execution
Got distracted in mid and couldn't keep track of time as well but from tomorrow I'll try to wake early and stick to plan

✨ Wins of the Day:
❀ I practiced a healthy calorie deficit after struggling a lot with eating.
❀ I did 2 workouts today.
❀ I had a good day with my family.
✨ Challenges / Struggles:
❀ I was extremely tired and I took a 20 minute nap and a 2 hour nap.
❀ I did not do all the school I wanted to do.
❀ I did not stick to any routine today.
✨ What I Learned Today:
❀ I learned more about what my body really needs for me to healthily lose weight.
❀ I learned that it’s okay to be tired and listen to your body.
❀ I learned more about special needs education for my public speaking class.
✨ How I Felt Today (mentally, physically, emotionally):
❀ mentally I felt really drained. Physically I felt good, I did workouts and I ate as healthily as possible while still enjoying sweet treats and staying in mg calorie deficit. Emotionally, I was okay. I was overall really tired today but I did go to sleep really late last night.
✨ What I Can Improve Tomorrow:
❀ to help me with tomorrow, I can go to sleep earlier tonight.
❀ I can improve my routine by sticking to it.
❀ I can learn to give myself grace when.

❀ when I was working out today, I felt more energized and alive while I worked out today.
