(I accidentally deleted this post, and so I’m reuploading😅)
Ancient history note making + watching the film ‘Emma’ for English + organising research of English Ext 2 + eating a lot of avocado and tomato toast + procrastinating via reading ‘The Joy Luck Club = a fairly productive and very enjoyable day
(The above equation proves both my slight lack of mathematical skill, and adoration for avocado and tomato toast. Not even joking, I’m obsessed.)

Today was a long and slow, but productive, day! I spent it working through my textbook, writing Ancient History notes. I’ve found that listening to ambient sounds really helps me to focus (as note making can sometimes get a tad boring after a while.) My favourite mix to listen to has to be a sound scape inspired by the Gryffindor Common Room - the sound of wood crackling in a fireplace, the turning of pages, pen scribbling on paper, wind, and distant chatter is perfect!
