june days of productivity, day 5 (first week at the new job: survived! ✅️)

unlocking more coworker lore bc they're warming up to me. graduation to work on the ground level floor (we're speeding up my onboarding bc I'm That Good, so far). strawberries make the late shift sweet, sharing makes them sweeter. morning iced coffee and cat cuddles in the reading nook my beloved.

small tasks for both festival & market booth prep for league recruitment committee

phone screen time as of typing this: 5h 11min 💀 (1 1/2 hours on signal rip)

secured the iron on patch with a few stitches & started attaching the fabric patch to my denim jacket

decluttered/resorted my pinboard (& turned all my calendars to july lol)

finished the time reality map for both week types (biweekly swapping shift schedule means 2 versions of an average week i guess)

this week has been really rough energy wise and also mentally. waiting on that final job offer confirmation (hopefully!!) without a clear deadline when the decision will be made is not great for the anxiety and what ifs in my head.. trying to be gentle with myself i guess

after a week filled with (tentative) good news, friend time adventure, a total of 5 scoops of ice cream, orga chaos and lots of time on my legs, the plan for the rest of today is:

I'm sad I'll miss skate training today but my knees and legs genuinely feel heavy and hurt a bit so putting more stress on them would set me back even further
