hey guys! since I’m going back to school in a few weeks and I know some people are already back to school I thought I’d make a masterpost dedicated to it ^^ hope this helps you guys out:

music playlists + ambient sounds:

ambient sound generators are designed to prevent distraction and increase focus! these are some of my favourites.

coffitivity: online generator of coffee shop sounds

rainy cafe: online generator of rainy cafe sounds

soundrown: sound generator of multiple relaxing sounds

noisil: customisable background noise and colour generator

a soft murmur: online background sound generator to increase focus

as well as ambient sounds I like to listen to music whilst I study. My favourite study playlists are a mix of classical music and chillstep to help focus me

classical mix #1: 1 hour 28 mins

classical mix #2: 1 hour 38 mins

piano mix #1: 2 hours

chill step mix #1: 36 mins

chill step mix #2: 1 hour

(affordable) stationery:

i love having cute stationery, but it can get very pricey if you are constantly going for the studyblr aesthetic! there is a lot of stationery you can get as alternatives to the more expensive stuff

muji: while some muji products can be quite expensive, i find that the notebooks are of good quality and a reasonable price! my favourites are the lined b5 notebooks, lined a4 recycled notebook and the grid b5 recycled notebook

bureau direct: lots of pretty stationery as well as more popular brands for reasonable prices

etsy: i mostly use etsy to buy washi tape and other smaller stationery items as it has countless products to choose from

other v cute (but more expensive) stationery shops:

writing wise I prefer to use just plain biros as they don’t smudge and I find them easier to write with in general. i use pentel biros which have a 0.7mm tip and i find that they last forever.

google translate: translate words on the internet by highlighting them chrome

brainscape: find or create flashcards on any subject apple

google dictionary: get the definitions of words easily chrome

grammarly: spell check writing on programs as well as websites such as gmail chrome

pocket: save articles, webpages and videos in one place chrome apple android

pomello: to do list combined with pomodoro task timer chrome windows mac linux

mindmeister: mind mapper that can be collaboratively edited chrome apple android

photomath: camera app that solves and explains maths problems apple android
