how do you remember your motivation for studying and sticking to your goals? Like waking up every day and deciding to study hard. How do you do it?

hmm that’s a tough question. I’ve always liked studying my whole life so it just comes naturally to me. my routine has always revolved around my classes/exams and I’ve gotten better at handling it.
there are times though when I am just so exhausted. I always mention that our curriculum is unnecessarily crazy, crowded, and toxic. like now, it’s post-midterms and we have no break. we go to classes this week and take our mini exams, do our reports like we didn’t spend the whole week studying like crazy without sleep.
during times like this, what I do is I sleep when I want to. treat myself to the food I’m craving for or that one cup of coffee. when things get tough, you do self-care so you’ll be ready to tackle your responsibilities after. you let yourself rest.
