I took my midterm exam in my Obligations and Contracts class today. And I'm so happy that I read the right review materials. I finished answering all the questions and still had time to review my answers TWICE (which is close to impossible to do in law school examinations here in our country)
Review/Revision Tip:
LISTEN to your professors. Find out what they would most likely include in the exam. You can do this by marking the topics or points they mention repeatedly or discuss longer than the rest.
It pays to read in advance before going to class so that you won't have a hard time flipping through your notes and looking for what the prof is talking about. If you don't have the time to read before class, then try skimming. And if skimming is still too much, you can try and go through the table of contents or the titles/headings of the topics and subtopics.

Hi, guys! I'm currently on my summer vacation and I'm trying to take a rest from all the studying. That's why I haven't been posting for a while. I'm not sure if you guys would like to see what I'm up to during my summer break. Should I post pictures of my summer experience or nah? I feel like I'm not that interesting though. Lol.
Anyway, I wishh you guys all the best! Here's a photo of our dog enjoying the vacay. Enjoy!

Following studyblrs
Hi! I'm Abi and I am a law student. I made this studyblr to keep myself motivated and to look for other people with the same passion in studying. I would love to follow other studyblrs here on Tumblr. Please feel free to reblog this post so I can follow you guys and we can all be study buddies. Have a great day! ❤🐱🌻

Today I tried Pomodoro. It's a technique where you do a task for 25 minutes (using a timer ofc) and then take a five minute break. After every fourth break, you take a longer break of 15-30 minutes.
The fact that I've only tried this technique just now is insane. Although the idea of using a timer in studying (or any task) is not new to me, I find Pomodoro helpful in terms of discipline. This is a fun technique. And I was even able to go on tumblr during my breaks. If you haven't tried this technique, give it a go and let me know what you think.

So my prof cancelled our classes on such short notice. And by short, i mean veeery short. I found out I had no class tonight while I was already out and on my way to school. The bus ride was sort of chaotic because of the rush hour, but I still managed to do a little bit of non-academic reading (luxurious reading is what I call it lol).
Anyway, I prefer to look at the brighter side of things. Despite today's tiring commute, I had the chance to go to the mall and thrift some books. I don't know why, but book thrifting excites me. Am I the only one?
The books that I got are:
• The Cantaloupe Thief by Deb Richardson-Moore
• Life, Liberty And The Pursuit of Sausages by Tom Holt
You can check them out here!
