heya! I'm quite a new studyblr and I just wanted to say that your blog is amazing. Do you have any tips on relieving stress?

hello, and welcome! 

so what i do to relieve stress is do something that calms me down. sometimes that’s reading one of my favorite books/fanfics, watching shows that i really like, or even playing basketball. 

speaking of basketball, exercise is a form of stress relief. when you exercise, your body releases endorphins, which make you feel happier! or at least, more positive :)
