Gave it a thought.
It was one of those usual afternoons when I first came across a "Study with me" video on YouTube. It was a first time ever and I was like 'I didn't know people do this too.' She had one of the sweetest voice I've ever heard and her handwriting was like Wow!
NOW, if I was in my usual days,it could have meant nothing. I would've just brushed it off because I usually watch only BTS or anime related videos for entertainment. But that day, I was contemplating life I guess.
I'm a B.Sc graduate with Mathematics major; Tried Masters on the same subject, gave up half way_ I didn't like it! I had never been enthusiastic about Math. Why I took up Maths is another story for another day (I didn't have a choice). If you're from India then, well, studying something you don't like is a usual thing. I think.
I've been home ever since then; jobless and nothing to do. Tried doing self study on various subjects, but not motivated to go any further. It was stagnant. Devastated and quite frustrated. It was one of those times, where everything seems to be going downhill just because I THOUGHT I had nothing to do in this World.
Now, onto the video; when I watched it for the first time, I felt rejuvenated. I was like "Boy! I can do this too." Not to make YouTube videos, but start over again. I suddenly wanted to study again. I wanted to improve my handwriting; I wanted to make tidy notes, I wanted to be more productive and at least do something per day. I learnt about BULLET JOURNAL(first time), the systematic way of going about your day, which is totally my type.
I learnt so much in just some 45 minutes which gave me a completely new outlook to what can be done. I wanted more of it, I wanted to learn more of it. So, here I am..searching for motivation and to motivate.
I just want to say this to all of you Studybloggers, you may not know it; you may not hear about it all time but there's always someone out there who have been inspired and motivated, and gave them a new sense of rejuvenation to study and the learn by you post. The time that you INVESTED in making those videos, writing those posts is never a waste. So, I urge to continue doing so_ you're changing the world for better, One Person at a time.
(It's been only 5 days since I've come across this Studyblr or studygram, and I've been blessed so much. I've learnt so many things and still learning. It's never too late to learn something new, that's what I always believed in. And that's what I'm doing)
I thought I'd never want to go university ever again after my previous failure but I guess I changed my mind. I'm hoping to get into a university of my choice next year after two lazy gap years.😆
