2. Avoid high fat, high sugar foods. These include lollies, chocolate and chips - to name a few. These foods don’t provide your body with any essential nutrients. They might make you feel good for an hour or two, but you will be hungry and lacking energy soon after.
3. Avoid energy drinks and caffeine. Energy drinks and caffeine will make you jittery and can make it hard for you to concentrate.
