Ingredients: 4 chicken breasts. 1 cup mushrooms, chopped. 1/2 cup ricotta cheese. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 teaspoon dried thyme. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 190C 375F. Put olive oil in a pan and heat it over medium-low heat. Put in the mushrooms and garlic. Saut until the mushrooms get soft. Take the pan off the heat and add the ricotta cheese, thyme, salt, and pepper. Make a pocket in each chicken breast and fill them with the mushroom mix. Add salt and pepper to the chicken breasts, and then top them with Parmesan cheese. After the oven is hot, bake the chicken for 25 to 30 minutes, or until it is fully cooked. Enjoy while hot!
