These Stuffed Honey-Ham Biscuits are a delightful combination of savory ham, melted Swiss cheese, and sweet honey mustard, all wrapped up in flaky biscuit dough.
Ingredients: 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough. 8 slices honey ham. 8 slices Swiss cheese. 1/4 cup honey mustard. 1/4 cup melted butter. 1 tablespoon honey. 1 tablespoon poppy seeds.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 190C 375F. Cut the biscuit dough into 8 pieces, and then flatten each one into a 4-inch circle. On each biscuit circle, put a slice of ham and a slice of Swiss cheese. Cover the filling with dough and seal the edges well. Place the biscuits in a greased baking dish so that the seam side is down. Melt the butter and add the honey and poppy seeds to a small bowl. Spread the mix over the biscuits. Put it in the oven for 15 to 18 minutes, or until it turns golden brown and is fully cooked. Enjoy while still warm!
