I’m losing my mind trying to find anyone else who relates, but did anyone else have a weird conversation stoplight that was part of the therapy? From what I remember,

Red - a topic you and only you are interested in

Yellow - a topic you and the other person are interested in

Green - a topic that only the other person is interested in

I vaguely remember the near obsession with not talking about interests because they were “too intense” and “abnormal” and that I needed to get better at caring about other things but I can’t find anything about it now
