How to succeed at a call centre job: even if you are pissed out of your mind and want to murder the caller, you keep your voice sirupy sweet. You can't be penalized for being polite even when you have the most hateful face on.
There are some people that are so freaking stupid that I begin to doubt if it is really possible for a person to have such low comprehension skills or they are faking their stupidity...
So after a long night of waiting for my game to download, I get in at the 4:00 mark, lag hella, can barely move, can't select any abilities for the most part and can really only by items. After said game my client doesn't want to go to the login screen. Jfc Gimme a fucking break.
This is a client email that i received this morning. It really gave me and my co workers a good laugh. But at the same time I really had to think.... This guy is a dentist? I mean really? HAHAHA
