#stupid main characters

I read a novels so bad.... I do not even know if I should review it.... and it’s got so many cringe worthy moments where it feels like it’s trying to be red dead, but you can’t really prove anything either. i..I. I just can’t get over it... here let me give a you taste. The main male lead is part of an outlaw gang called....the van den berg gang.....besides these perhaps coincidences or inspirations or whatever, I can’t stand the relationship between the female lead and the male lead. Their communication is toxic, the female lead is suffering from Stockholm, and it feels like the Arthur was trying really hard to make the male lead a gentlemanly outlaw or a good outlaw. But that personality really clashes when he gets upset and just walks away then comes back as if nothing happened or everything is okay. There is no ‘hey let’s talk about why your upset’ or ‘ let’s meet in the middle’ type of healthy development. I kid you not there’s literally a part in the story where male lead gets feelings hurt and instead of saying anything(mad sad or anything) he walks away is not seen for days. So female lead runs away from the gang, and days later, male lead meets her at her fiancés place all smiles like nothing happened. And the female lead just accepts that!

Ugh.... sorry for that... let me know if you really want a review. Or just the title... idk, I might delight this later, this was more of a rant fueled post than anything.

This girl is always having some longue monologue about what she's thinking, while the love interest is either awake and listening or possibly fake sleeping and listening. Why!? Who does this? Why would anyone do that? It's not like you're trynna give him a piece of your mind.... ugh.

When you reach that point in the story... Where the Main Character has just done something so incredibly stupid you wonder why are you even reading about them. And you really wish you could hit them in the head with an iron baseball bat...

When a character is doing something stupid in a story and you are like 'nononono stop doing that, stop it right now' and they don't listen and everything goes WRONG.
