This anxiety thing is really starting to piss me off

I honestly have been fighting my anxiety this morning for the stupidest reason. Even knowing it's stupid isn't making it any better. Stupid reason for today's anxiety: I'm almost done reading my book and I don't know if I should start knitting after I'm finished, or start a new book.... Yep. Definitely a top reason of "stupid anxiety triggers" in my books.
