#stupid retainer

I keep forgetting to wear my retainer and my jaw is H A T I N G it it hurts so bad

First day of classes and my retainer broke so I have to go and get it fixed before first class (and hopefully have enough time to fill out insurance forms at the school before class starts)

This is the second time putting in my retainer since like June 12th (the day before my wisdom teeth were taken out) because I have an ortho appointment tomorrow and hOLY SHIT MY MOUTH HURTS

How do I even manage to loose my retainer in my sleep. Where did it go. I dont want to spend a month looking for it again. I better find you when I make my bed dang it.

I know no pain greater than putting in my retainer after a month of it missing

So last night I had a dream that I was eating a big soft piece of caramel but when I went to take a bit out of it I somehow popped my bottom retainer off my teeth and bit down on that instead. Needless to say it woke me up and I was really confused for a few seconds about why the caramel was so hard.

so my orthodontist tightened my retainer too tight and now it hurts like fuck and i think my gums are permanently bruised
