I'm having a time...
One of the problems with having ADHD is trying to find medicine to deal with severe sinus congestion that ISN'T non-drowsy. I stood there on the verge of tears trying to find something I could take to get me through my work day that wouldn't knock me out. (I found a box of Sudafed that has both AM and PM formulations. It LOOKS like the only difference is that the AM doesn't have an antihistamine. If my sinuses are still bad tomorrow, I'll try it and see if it makes me tired.)
Currently at the stage of being ill where I’m seriously contemplating forcibly removing my sinuses just so I can get some relief/sleep

Me: "god I wonder why I have this terrible headache, I've been drinking water and everything!"
