That feeling when you break a perfect streak because your brain is wandering and you forget to translate one tiny word as you type. Forgetting things when I’m multitasking

I can’t cook or do chores or clean my room. 

When I’m cooking, I just can’t seem to organize things in a way that would make sense. I take things out of cupboards and put them back in 20 times and take longer and forget ingredients. 

If I’m doing things super rushed I make stupid mistakes like pouring hot water in the wrong sink (on clean dishes) or washing spoons upside down and splashing water everywhere. If I have to add multiple ingredients I always forget one. 

if I’m cleaning, I’ll walk up and downstairs 10 times and still not manage to put 10 items back in their respective locations. I have to narrate to myself what i’m putting where, and constantly repeat it to myself after every dropoff 

However if I focus on cleaning I can sort my stuff better than sheldon cooper with everything in alphabetical/chronological/whatever order and remember where it is, down to like the orders I store my binders in.

So, I decided to take a bath, a bubble bath even. And like the five year old I am inside, I was scooping up clumps of bubbles and blowing it just for the hell of it. Well I scoop a handful and breathe in, making the mistake of holding my hand close to my face. I breathed in the bubbles. I then proceeded to cough my lungs out. Fun times guys, fun times.
