SupremeNinjaWarriorPrincess apparently tagged me in this a while ago and i'm only just now seeing this so i'm going to do it out of guilt... ;) (and because i heart you too)

anybody else is invited to do it, whatever. stupidsheets girl i'm looking at you specifically because you're Irish (look, it's 4 in the morning i'm sorry)

So here is my TMI …

1: What are you wearing ?

fuzzy pajama pants, faded purple fuzzy slippers with no cushion left, an A Perfect Circle t-shirt from 15 years ago because i'm old, and a Thrice hoodie. 

2: Ever been in love ?

*glares at Justin* i guess. (okay yes fine...)

3: Ever had a terrible breakup ?

i've had pretty terrible breakups with non-romantic best friends. honestly, that's just as bad as a romantic breakup sometimes. 

4: How tall are you?

5’6 or 5'7, depending on how well my spine is functioning at the time.

5: How much do you weigh?

"I’m heifer-licious. When I step on the scale it reads “Goddess of All Heifers” and I make all the other heifers bow to me! :)" - i'm keeping SupremeNinjaWarriorPrincess's answer because it's glorious. also, we've always been about the same size (even shoes!) so i mean i'm still kind of answering the question, right? master at avoiding? eh?

6: Do you want any tattoos?

yes! i've had several planned for years. years. they range from Shakespeare to root beer floats to Firefly to Whitman... in the mean time i have 22? i think? 

7: Do you want any piercings?

not really. i've had many all over the place and now i have to pretend i'm a professional adult. 

8: OTP?

okay, admittedly i'm a little lame because mine are established canon usually. i know that's not fun. but it's true. like, Jim and Pam, Wash and Zoey, Booth and Bones, Han and Leia, Dean and Castiel. you know, canon. ;) oh! for The Walking Dead i have Daryl and Carol.

9: Favorite Show?

um, i don't know. can we make this plural? because then i could list several. Maybe Supernatural, Firefly, The Office, 30 Rock, Bones.

10: Favorite Bands?

this used to be such a solid list. like, i could have made business cards to hand out when people asked because it didn't change for so long. but now... it's weird. Thrice, Incubus, and Portugal. the Man have been on my favorite list since forever. so those are obvious. and then we probably have Hot Water Music, Manchester Orchestra, and Doomtree (rap collectives counts as "bands," right?)

11: Something you miss?

My grandma.

shit brown inside/ brown with pretty golden red pieces outside. so, mostly shit brown.

are we going for solo vocalist here? or is it more like favorite voice? favorite person who happens to be known for their singing ability? i'm going to go with Alexi Murdoch. he's a singer/songwriter and he's amazing and his voice is magic so i no longer care about what the question is looking for.

i mean, when i have to pick a color for something (like a game piece or plastic dinosaur), i usually go for green or purple. but really, i like warm colors most. burnt orange, warm honey, citrine and amber.

19: Loud music or soft?

absolutely depends. but i mean, soft music can still be loud...

20: Where do you go when you’re sad?

down a rabbit hole. no, i'm not insinuating narcotic use...i just kind of spiral when i'm sad. or worried. or anxious. or seemingly for no reason. i mean, i'm no drama queen. i have never posted a status on any social media site with the phrase "fml." it just...happens.  

21: How long does it take you to shower?

anywhere from 10 minutes to will the pizza guy deliver to the bathroom door? i've actually had to pee outside in order to not have an accident because there are far too many adults using one bathroom in this house (and usually for far longer than necessary...) so when i'm alone in the house and i take a shower i really make it count. 

22: How long does it take you to get ready in the morning?

it all depends on what's going on. i can be ready in 15 minutes or it can take me a full hour. i'm on time, though. i plan accordingly. 

23: Ever been in a physical fight?

yeah. a couple of times. hey Brandi, remember when me, you, and Kass took on the Giles brothers and the cops were called? haha. but no seriously we were like 7.

24: Platonic Turn on?

being genuine. also, being smart. i mean, i know that can be subjective but if you don't say something irritatingly stupid in the first five minutes of meeting than i'm probably going to be excited.

elitism and being a fanatical nut job. also saying "libary."

*hipster mode activated* i don't know. it was, like, so long ago before it was cool. remember tumblarity? okay i'm done. but it was probably my Thricescene nerd friends? or Google.

28: Last thing that made you cry?

well, i almost started crying last night because just as i was falling asleep my brain was like, "HEY! REMEMBER THAT THING THAT HAPPENED 6 YEARS AGO? LET'S OBSESS OVER IT. NO? 'KAY. WELL YOU FAIL AT LIFE HAVE FUN BEING MISERABLE." and that, ladies and gentlemen, is why i take stuff to help me sleep. other than that i don't remember.

a few days ago but i can't remember why.

30: Meaning behind your url ?

it's a lyric from a Thrice song called "Between the End and Where We Lie." i look for exits in the haze, the dense electric twilight maze...

i've been insulted many times in smaller ways since then, but the one that really bothers me still was a cashier, sometime around Thanksgiving, looked me up and down and said, "so, do you cook healthy for your boyfriend?" she was presumably referring to my vegetables and the IMPOSSIBILITY that somebody my size would eat anything but a doughnut. fuck you, lady. cucumbers and doughnuts are BOTH delicious.

QUESTIONS:

1. What is your favourite season of the year, and why?

Autumn :) I love the colors, I love the temperature, and my birthday is in Autumn!

2. Imagine you were a dog, what breed would you be?

I don't know.... a husky maybe? Something cute for sure. Maybe a corgi.

3. If you had to pick a song to define you for this year so far, what would it be?

Aw shit, I have no idea. I'm terrible with music... something about disappointment and letting oneself down, I would say.

4. What is your least favorite item of clothing? 

Like, specifically or in general? Specifically I don't really know. Generally, jeans or pants for sure. It is SO HARD to find good fitting ones that look good all over, and because I carry so much of my weight in my stomach, it's even harder. Pants that fit my waist are too loose in the ass/legs, and I can't zip up pants that fit well in the ass/legs.

5. If you could go back in time to primary/elementary school and study a subject all over again, what subject would you choose?

Hmm... well I think I would just put more effort in all together. And if I were in middle school, I would definitely stay in orchestra instead of dropping it for AVID (a college prep class).

6. What is your dream job?

This is probably obvious :P My dream job is to be an actor. A successful, respected, well known actor who changes lives.

7. Tell us the story of your first kiss.

Oh do I wish I had a good, romantic story for this! There are so many kisses to consider.... I think I first kissed a guy when I was 13, but I don't really count that. And when I was a teenager I had to kiss someone for a Shakespeare festival scene (we did the party scene in Romeo and Juliet). But I don't count that either. I guess you could count the kiss in my car with this guy I worked at Target with, when we were literally just going to hook up. Didn't really happen haha and he was super slobbery. Next contender for official first kiss would be my first bf... we met online and I drove an hour north to Camp Pendleton. I got there, he kissed me, and we had sex (a whole other story).

8. Where is your favourite place to sing?

The car :) I'm not a shower singer. And I don't really listen to music at home. To be honest, I don't really listen to music period, except in the car.

9. What do you think about more than anything else?

The future, including what I'm doing with my life, death, the universe, my dreams and goals.

10. Favourite flavor of ice cream?

Mint chocolate cookie, which is the perfect combination of cookies n cream and mint chocolate chip. I also really like Moose Tracks and Medieval Madness.

11. What’s one thing you’d rather pay someone to do, rather than do it yourself?

CLEAN. Jesus christ, I hate cleaning. And maybe pay my bills because I am terrible of keeping track of those things. I had to make a spreadsheet since I have serious bills to pay these days.
