Ohhh myyyy.... this week has not been my favorite ever. Nope. Not at all. So many random things went wrong... For both Josh and me! The only way I made it through was a morning hot chocolate ( #coffeeisgross ), new pretty color street nails, puppy cuddles, and puppy hugs. Also, Josh made Indian tonight!! Yum. . Everything with the bathroom is going well, because Carl is amazing and thorough!! So that is a huge blessing! . Anyone else use a bag of frozen peas as an ice pack? I fell today; just walking down the sidewalk, talking to @uncouthrooth about something and then it felt like my left foot disappeared into a pit and I was down like a stone, flat on my belly in the dust. I thankfully got my hands up in time to keep from face planting. Returned home to discover my right shin was swelling out of control and my big toe was welling up blood around the nail (I think it got pulled back when I wiped out.) I've been able to walk around gingerly on my leg, so I'm feeling reasonably sure that I didn't fracture it, but goddamn if it doesn't hurt like mad. I have road rash on my palms, knee and all down my shin along with an epic bruise and swelling, and a slightly messed up big toe. All this from a misstep! It was embarrassing to say the least, and the whole experience has been so disorienting. I felt like a fragile old lady, which sucked. I am definitely not that. Anyway, thank the gods for frozen peas. I'm gonna work on my #Inktober while Basking in #NoName's freezing, icy, freezing ice 🤕 #stupidday #stupidweek
