Puts a fridge magnet on her metal eye face thing
@sturmfreition
gentle hands positioned the oil can, pressed against the friend’s back as the translucent liquid poured into the cracks that were covered with time.
one cannot return to the past, but helping the sentry fix his old bones always seemed to be giving back a few years.
「 ༀ - here we are, dear brother. that should let you raise your arm again. 」
mused in monotone voice, the monk swapped out the can of oil for an old, but always reliable, multitool. working on the screws that jostled within the other’s metal frame.
「 ༀ - if it gets too tight, do be sure to let me know. 」
Your Muse’s Backstory: 6, 7, 8
How many siblings did they have? What was their relationship like? Were they an only child who wished for siblings?
Sombra is an only child, since her parents died while she was still relatively young and they were more focused on trying to raise her than having any other kids, but she was okay with that. If she’d had any siblings, she probably would have been competitive with them while they were growing up since she’s always been confident.
What is their fondest memory? Their worst?
1) She’d probably say her best memory is when Talon approached her to bring her in, since being recognized for her skills is something that she really enjoys, even though the power trip she got during her first time hacking in to someone’s private files is a close second.
2) Her worst memory is easy enough- waiting for her parents to come home, only for a close family friend to knock on their door and tell her that they never would. It was a few weeks before her 7th birthday, which she’d been looking forward to for a while because they had promised her they were going to give her something special that year.
If they could name the worst moment of their life, what would it be? Did this change them as a person or change how they perceived the world, themselves, and others?
First part’s answered, but it definitely changed her view of the world. When her parents were still around, Olivia had some attitude issues and a hard time becoming close with others, but she mostly got along well with her family. Afterwards, she started to struggle socially and decided to depend entirely on herself, which is how she ended up getting involved with Los Muertos- they were impressed by her independence and how far she had gotten herself despite being on her own.
🌸 Put a flower in my muse’s hair //if it isn't to late lol
NONVERBAL STARTERS ; 🌸 put a flower in my muse’s hair
A flower, big and white and in bloomed in the shape of a trumpet, was awkwardly tucked betwixt his cheek and a large screw. The weight of the flower proved too much for its angle, and it promptly tumbled past face and shoulder — and was swiftly caught between forefinger and thumb.
Zenyatta took a moment to sweep his gaze over the wonderous flora. A chuckle, pleasant and airy, bubbled out of him.
“Ah, the Easter lily,” he chimed happily, turning his optics onto the big, lumbering omnic beside him, “you must know, the lily is one of my favourite flowers. Such a beautiful bloom... Thank you, friend.”

5. answered here 6. is there a muse you’d add or bring back if you didn’t have to worry about whether others are interested in them or not? 7. what age group, gender and ethnicity do you most often end up playing?
𝟔 ; i’d bring back velen or durotan in a heartbeat. i’ve been thinking a lot lately about actually revamping my velen blog, since activity in the rpc may spike with the next wow expansion, but i’m not really sure. i have a pretty balanced activity routine with jesse and throwing another blog there might screw with it. wouldn’t mind bringing back dandelion either, but people were hardly interested in writing with me when i was active there lmfao.
𝟕 ; i tend to lean towards muses who are men in their late 30s - early 40s. in terms of ethnicity, usually my muses are white, but some are not. i write a lot of fantasy race muses so its kinda hard to like ... pin those to a real ethnicity. i’m a white guy so its easier for me to identify with similar muses, although jesse is an exception. i think it would be wrong to portray him as white when white cowboys are a hollywood myth and the fandom has collectively decided that he isn’t white.
regardless, all of my muses are lgbt. all of them. every single one. this, again, makes it easier for me to identify with them bc im about as straight as a bendy straw lmao.
